The charming four-floor Villa Amalia is located in the heart of Anacapri, at walking distance from the famous “Piazzetta” and the shopping center with butchers, fruit and vegetable shops, grocery store, post office, bank, and the local coastal bus stop for Capri’s little harbor. From the main gate 20 steps lead down to the first level of the property, where a large terrace gives access to the front door of the villa on the right and the well equipped Neapolitan tiled kitchen on the left. Refrigerator, freezer, 5-range stovetop, dishwasher and one laundry room with two washing machines and ironing facilities complete the kitchen area.

From the access area, the floor continues through a corridor with a courtesy bathroom on the left and one double bedroom on the right. Further on, one finds the spacious living room connected to studio, furnished with an antique library and a sofa bed At the centre of the living room a 10-step winding wooden staircase leads to the lower floor, that is composed of a dining area and two double bedrooms with shower baths. The arched windows open onto the second terrace.

A few stone steps down from the second terrace, on the third level of the garden, lie the two “dependence”, each with one double bedroom and a shower bath. At the fourth and lowest level of the garden there is the pool and sun deck area, surrounded by olives, lemon trees and blossoming oleanders and buganvilleas
