Santa Croce Palace is a luxury property situated in a privileged location of Positano.
On three levels, the property has recently been restored with taste and style in every detail and it offers guests an unforgettable stay complete with every comfort. Antique objects and furniture and top quality furnishings are perfectly combined with impeccable service in an atmosphere of total privacy. In addition, guests of Villa Santa Croce can avail themselves of the services of housekeeper and cook, easy baggage transport and disable access. The entrance gate is reached from the main road by means of about 200 steps through the typical narrow lanes and steps of Positano.

The villa’s entrance is located on the first terrace which has been fitted with a dinner table for 8, large garden parasol umbrellas, rattan sofas and it enjoys an exceptional sea view.

Ground floor:
The main entrance is located at the centre of the façade and it is surrounded by a large arch, on the left side the two large windows connect the terrace with the large kitchen with dining area, cooking area with fireplace and pantry; on the right side of the living room with fireplace, there are the dining room and library. From the entrance hall, which includes a cloakroom with bathroom, there are two flights of stairs adorned with statues, leading one to the upper level and loft and the other to the lower level.

First Floor: the floor is composed of two identical large double bedrooms finely furnished with antiques and quality textiles, with master bathrooms tiled with Vietri’s tiles, small sitting areas and sea view terrace. The staircase leads up to a second level – loft – composed of two double bedrooms with large bathrooms and access to the garden’s third level with a flowered path and a gazebo.

Basement: the lower level is used as a fitness area and it includes a mosaic swimming pool, large showers, massage parlour, sitting area and sauna. The SPA area is complete with a terraced garden too which has splendid views over Positano.
