The property is centrally located in Praiano, a charming former fishing village situated between Amalfi and Positano. The villa sits just a flight of steps from the main coastal road and all necessary facilities ( shops, post office, bank, and the local coastal bus stop for Positano, Sorrento, and Amalfi) but offers however privacy and peace with fantastic views towards Positano and Capri. Its white splendor and the arched-formed windows and garden columns fits perfectly into the surrounding area and leads your thoughts to a dreamlike place. The villa is staffed with 3 people who take daily care of everything from the garden, pool, daily cleaning, and laundry. About 150 meters from the villa, a pathway of steps takes you all the way down to the Praia beach near the Saracen tower of Praiano.
You enter through an iron door leading onto a paved patio with potted flowers and trees, overlooking the terraces and pool area. The patio is furnished with wicker outdoor furniture and two outdoor tables with chairs. From the patio there are three French doors leading into the villa's living room and dining area on the first floor. The dining room boasts a large, glass-topped table and seating for 12. Access from the dining room to a large, well equipped tile kitchen (also accessible from the terrace and hall) with refrigerator, freezer (with ice-maker), 5-range stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and dining corner with table and three chairs. There is a laundry room with two washing machines and ironing facilities. In the entrance foyer is antique furniture, a marble table, a grand piano, and stairs that connect to the upper and lower floors. In the living room are three sofas, armchairs, a fireplace, glass topped table, TV, and pieces of antique furniture. A small, cozy work studio corner views the garden and is furnished with an armchair, small sofa, writing desk, and stereo.

Nineteen steps lead you down to the ground floor from the first floor where there are 6 bedrooms. All the bedrooms have a dresser and/or wardrobe, TV, DVD player, en suite bathrooms with shower box, and French doors leading directly onto the terrace. All bedrooms also lead out onto a corridor that has a deposit used for luggage. One of the bedrooms leads onto a small terrace furnished with garden furniture, chairs, and a small table. The Tower dependence is on the villa's top floor and has two bedrooms. The Tower is reached up 25 steps along an external staircase or by access through the garden directly from the entrance gate. One bedroom has a Queen bed and French doors leading out to a small, panoramic balcony. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and a window. Both bedrooms share a small bathroom with shower.
The terrace of the main level enjoys built-in benches for seating, a pizza oven, barbeque, and ping-pong table. From this terrace nineteen steps lead down to a wonderful pool (18m x 5m) set on a terrace paved with natural stone and lined by white columns. The pool deck is equipped with a outdoor shower, large umbrellas, sun lounge chairs and a corner terrace is shaded by lemon and orange trees. Incredible views of the sea, Li Galli islands, and the coast can be enjoyed from the pool deck. The terrace and the pool are lit at night.
There are 67 steps from the coastal road down to the gate of the property and 30 steps take you down to the first floor. The villa is staffed with 3 people who take daily care of everything from the garden and pool to daily cleaning and laundry.
