Villa Carina is beautifully located just a few steps from the lakeshore of Lezzeno, a tranquil village on the eastern coast approximately 10 km from Bellagio, the Pearl of Lake. From the Villa you can enjoy wonderful picture postcard views over the Lake while relaxing in the private well kept garden which surround the property. The Villa offers complete privacy for guests and is within easy walking distance of the local shops. And easy driving from the main road. One private garage is part of the property. Villa Carina develops on two levels plus basement.

Basement: On this level there is a one car garage, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, one bathroom with WC and shower

Ground Floor: 16 steps lead you to the main floor of the property. This floor consists of a Living/Dining area with terrace overlooking the Lake with Sat TV that you can enjoy while resting on the comfortable sofas, a spacious well equipped kitchen with table, chairs, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, TV and gas stove with two door windows which open out onto the lake view garden and outside eating area.
