Halfway between Nesso and Lezzeno, on Lake Como’s shores lies this beautiful property. It consists of two identical apartments, Lucia (lower level) & Lucia 1 (higher level), separated by a mere 11 steps.

Each apartment spreads over one level. The dining and living room area is exquisitely furnished, has Satellite TV, and offers a magnificent view of the lake, as do the balconies of the master bedrooms. The other bedrooms, all with flat screen TV, which can either be set up with a queen bed or as twins, face the garden on the back of the mansion.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including fridge, freezer, microwave, baking oven, gas cookers, dishwasher, and an American coffee maker. In addition to having a magnificent view on the lake and plenty of natural and artificial light, the bathroom in each apartment has showers and double basins, plus a lot of storing space. Air conditioning and radio/CD available in all rooms.
