is a great property 8 km drive away from Como, facing the famous villa Oleandra, George Clooney’s property. The house that originally belonged to a famous industrial family from America, is immersed in a 30.000sqm green park facing the lake and the surrounding hills with a stunning 180° view.
The park boasts ancient and chestnut trees, panoramic terraces and a little stream downing in the lake. A large stone barbecue with table sitting 10 also has nice kitchen counter ideal for outside dining. The villa also has a private garage with room for 3 cars.
