The villa is located in Civenna, in a quiet countryside setting of one of Lake Como’s most beautiful towns, with majestic view overlooking the town of Bellagio, the beautiful Park of the Villa Serbelloni and the three branches of Lake Como as far as the Alps. From Civenna, the main road drives down to Bellagio. From there, you will be able to visit lovely places and plan lovely excursions either by ferry or by car.
In villages like Limonta, Vassena or Onno, the crystal water with rocky beaches will also enjoy nice swimming.

The villa is composed of 3 bedrooms each with its own en suite bathroom, one day room bathroom, dining room, living room complete with satellite television, well equipped kitchen to please the most expert of chef’s, wine cellar, gym and sauna. Large lake view terrace at the front and lovely well maintained garden with pool and barbecue complete the property.

The Villa can be entered from the main entrance where there are two chairs and a two story open space with a veranda offering view to the living room and a glimpse to the lake. Crossing a hall there is a studio with writing desk and chair. Descending the stairs (there are 15 steps) there is the ground floor with the Dining Room with larioting for 8 persons, a well equipped eat in kitchen (for 4 persons) with electric oven, 4 gas rings. At the back of the kitchen, there is a storeroom with the washing machine, the dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Between the kitchen and the dining room there is an access to an outdoor area with a stone table (for 8 persons) ideal for having a BBQ while enjoying the wonderful and extensive views of the Lecco branch of Lake Como.

Inside, on the left of the Dining room, there is a Living room with 2 comfortable sofas and a table, from there the views of the lake are amazing through the glass doors with provide access to a Terrace (25 mts.) that offers 2 wooden benches and 2 wooden sun loungers. There is also a second living room with sofas and table which offers a bathroom with shower, wc and sink. From this area there is an access to the outdoor gardens and pool.
