Dated 1920, the Villa is located in the very beautiful, and well known abroad, village of Laglio, on Lake Como. The house is in an amazing setting, with the green mountains on one side and the transparent water of the lake on the other.
The accommodation, on three levels, has been recently restored, finely fitted with antique pieces of furniture and equipped with all modern comforts, such as satellite TV, air conditioning and central heating. A laundry room is available in a small dependence. A very well maintained lawn garden is situated at the rear side of the building and has a lovely swimming pool.
The ground floor comprises of entrance hall with access to the living space and a marble staircase leading to the upper floors, a spacious living room, one separate large fully equipped kitchen with dining room sitting 12, and one courtesy bathroom.
First floor: one master bedroom with en-suite tub bath, one double bedroom with shower bath and one single bedroom.
Second floor: one double bedroom with en-suite bath, one large play room with two single sofa beds, one double and one single bedroom with French bed plus shower bath complete the floor. Cernobbio, Tremezzo and Cadenabbia are only a few minutes drive, easy access to frequent boat trips to Bellagio, the pearl of Lake Como. Switzerland can be reached in 15 minutes through Porlezza. A large shopping centre is available in Tavernola, 10 minutes drive from the property. |
