Laura's apartment is a prestigious ground floor of a ‘900 liberty stylish villa situated in Carate Urio, a picturesque and charming village ideal for guests who love tranquillity and wish to enjoy the unique atmosphere of the lake.

The property is accessible from the main Regina road through a private automatic gate and it has three parking spaces.

A small private gate with few steps leads to the main apartment's entrance which opens onto the spacious living room provided with fire place, white sofas, Satellite TV, antique furniture and a dining table for 6 people. All floors in the lounge are made of white Carrara marble, while in the bedrooms there are beautiful original wooden floors.

The kitchen is separated and fully equipped with cooking units, baking oven, fridge and refrigerator, storeroom and other useful items.

The living room's French windows give access to the 800 square meters front garden which in spring and summer is full of blossoming flowers. It is fully equipped with a terrace ideal for outside dining & sun lounges. Here you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the lake. The front garden is connected through a private walk path to another private garden where you will have direct access to the lake.
