"Villa Linda " is in a very peaceful and panoramic position within walking distance from the centre, surrounded by a park with garden and olive trees. What makes it unique is its elevated location, overlooking the promontory of Bellagio, that gives a superb view of both the Como and Lecco branches of lake Como. The lovely garden is set on different decks. On the first deck is the large, beautiful, and newly restored 2 floor villa that is composed of 4 finely furnished apartments which benefit of the incomparable scenery.

On the second deck, 33 steps down through the lawn, there is the large swimming pool with sun deck and view on both sides of the lake as well as the and park.

The main gate is a few meters from the car parking space on the left, and the main entrance on the right. Two 8 step stairs (left and right) lead to the main ground floor entrance, which comprises an access area with welcome desk, a sofa and a sitting area. A little arch gives access to 2 identical flats (one on the left and the other on the right) which include a living room with fitted kitchenette with microwave, one shower bath finished with beautiful tiles, and one double bedroom.

18 steps departing from the ground floor lead to the first floor, divided into two apartments. The larger one is in front of the stair and has direct access to the living room with a large window that opens on a terrace for outdoor dining. The living room is fitted with kitchenette and provided with microwave. On the left of the entrance a little arch gives access to a corridor leading to the two double bedrooms, one facing the lake, and the other facing the garden at the rear of the mansion. 2 bathrooms with shower, finished with lovely tiles, complete the first apartment. The second one is located at the right of the main stair and has the same size, shape and finishing of the two small apartments downstairs.

18 steps down, the ground floor leads to a communal part of the villa, the "Taverna", with sitting area, fire place, dining room with fitted kitchen, courtesy bathroom, heating and laundry room.

The villa is surrounded by a lovely garden and lawn. A sitting area with arches in Moltrasio stone is also available for outdoor dining/breakfast.

Below, 33 steps down, is located a swimming pool with sun deck.
