Beautiful villa peacefully located on the lakeside of Lake Como, within easy walking distance to the center of the Village of Lezzeno, half way between Como and Bellagio. The Villa itself has an access to the beach and an equipped barbecue area.
Ground floor: living/dining area which opens out onto the lakefront terrace, spacious kitchen with a terrace too, bathroom with cubicle shower, fully equipped laundry.

First floor: master bedroom, bedroom with 2 single beds, double bedroom, shared wardrobe, complete bathroom with both Jacuzzi and a separate shower -all the bedrooms have their own private balcony with fabulous views.

Loft: Large double bedroom with views, en suite complete bathroom.

Each floor is provided with safety screen showing entrance to the property and independent heating. Remote control is available to open the main gate of the Villa.
