This is a cozy lakefront villa, recently renovated and located in a unique setting, where groups of up to 12 people can be accommodated and find a lingering joyful atmosphere, due the spacious and brightly decorated interiors, and a breathtaking view of the lake and the surrounding mountains from the large panoramic terrace.

The house develops on two floors. The ground floor hosts a living room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, DVD and Internet desk. The walls facing the lake have large French doors opening onto the 300 metre-plus spacious panoramic terrace. A large dining room with a wooden table sitting 12, a separate kitchen equipped with professional items and one courtesy bath complete the floor, which has comfortable, functional but simple furnishings.

On the first floor there are 5 double bedrooms with en-suite shower bathrooms, two of which have an adjoining single bedroom, while one has direct access to a balcony furnished with table and chairs.

Villa Rosa is located right on the shore of the lake, a few metres from a small public beach reachable from the garden through a pedestrian path running along the shore between the lake and the property. At the rear of the property there is a terrace with a "removable" above-ground pool (6 x 4 m). Behind the house there is also a parking space for 6 cars.

Just behind the villa there is an interesting museum of old lake boats, while on the left there's a small boat yard, and the beach on the right. The national road is behind the museum and the closest village with grocery shops is approx. 600 metres from the property.
