A beautiful villa, peacefully located on the lakeside of Lake Como, in the village of Pognana, half-way between Como and Bellagio. The Villa itself has an access to water or can be reached from the coastal road through approx. 300 steps.  One  boat space and one sailing boat are available for guests who really wish to enjoy the breeze of our  beautiful  lake. From the water a little dock gives access to the property through  a stone walk path along the immaculate lawn garden with azaleas.

The ground floor comprises an access area, one  living room with fireplace and satellite TV on the left, one dining room with internet desk and a spacious kitchen on the right. The kitchen is equipped with baking oven, dishwasher, cooking units, fridge, freezer and has French windows that open on the lakefront terrace.

A little corridor in front of the entrance leads to a large well-fitted bathroom with cubicle shower on the left, to the rear entrance of the villa on the front, and to a fully equipped laundry room on the right. The marble stairs departing from the access area lead to the upper floors.

First floor: one master bedroom with private WC, one large bathroom with tub, 3 double bedrooms with washing basin and one large open wardrobe. All rooms have been lovely painted in pale colours, fitted with antique pieces of furniture and have Cotto Lombardo floors. Two bedrooms have double beds and the other two have twin beds.

Second Floor: a large loft with antique Cotto Lombardo floor and  wooden ceiling, equipped with billiard, fitness area, sitting area with a double sofa bed and a large shower bath.
