The entrance is located on the rear side of the house, there is a little access area that leads at left to 3 double bedrooms (one with bunk beds) and the other one has separate entrance and en suite shower bath. The second double bedroom and the bunk beds one share the shower bath; each bedroom also has little covered terrace.

On the right side there is the fully equipped kitchen with baking oven, fridge and dish washer. A large French window give access to patio with barbecue. Next to the kitchen there is the dining room and two sitting areas, both with sliding windows that give access to the sheltered terrace.
