The Villa is located in Porto Rotondo, and precisely in the exclusive and extremely beautiful Punta Lada (Northern Sardinia). Impeccably looked after directly by the owner, the many endowments include a fully equipped swimming pool with many extras such as a Jacuzzi area, counter-current swimming, underwater music, solar heating panels and an inter-phone system for the entire villa.The property is very well kept and equipped, has access to the private beach of the Marina Piccola club, just 150 metres away, and directly accessible from the garden.

This room overlooks the ample porch with a view on the sea, furnished with wicker sofas and with a dining area. The well equipped kitchen includes: air conditioning, TV, refrigerator with ice-maker and fresh water dispenser, washing machine, oven, microwave oven, barbecue.On this floor we also find a master bedroom with satellite TV, air conditioning, safe deposit box and Teuco hydro-massage bath. The ensuite bathroom has a Teuco multifunction shower box with sauna steam.

At the lower level there are 5 bedrooms. One children double room en-suite, one master bedroom with satellite TV, air conditioning, safe deposit box. One bathroom with Teuco multifunction double shower box with radio and steam sauna, wardrobe unit, porch with sofas and a view on the garden/pool. The garden, which is looked after with great care, is at level ground in the immediate surroundings of the villa and gently descends towards the pool area.In the garden, among century old olive-trees, we find an open-air kitchen with fires, large gas plate, barbecue and refrigerator and the aperitif/dining area with granite table and benches.

Through a pedestrian gate it is possible to reach the "Centro Vela Marina Piccola" club, just 150 metres away, where you will find a big park, a pool and a beach equipped with beach beds and umbrellas (the maximum number of villa guests that can access the club simultaneously is 8, due to the limited number of members admitted to the club).
