Villa Rey 600 square meters surface, is situated in Porto Rotondo one of the most exclusive location on the Sardinian coasts, boasts astonishing views of the beautiful emerald-coloured Mediterranean Sea. The gardens surrounding this villa are equipped with outdoor dining table and chairs, sun lounges, a barbecue, and a private swimming pool (19m x 11m). The villa also has access to a private beach about 400 meters away.

The interior of Villa Rey is furnished in a very elegant style with many Maroccan furnishings and antiques. On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa bed (suitable for one), satellite TV, and air conditioning.
An adjoining dining room, furnished Moroccan antiques, has seating for 24 guests as well as large windows that open onto the patio and garden. The kitchen is completely equipped with a cook top, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, American coffee maker, and Italian coffee maker. There are two bedrooms in this part of the house, each with two single beds (can be combined upon request) and en suite bathrooms with sink, toilet, and shower. There is also a third bedroom and bath for staff use. A laundry room has a washing machine, clothes driyer, and ironing equipment.

An open pathway leads fifteen meters from the main villa, where there are two cottages, each with two bedrooms:
Cottage 1: A large loggia, furnished with a low table and cushions, leads into two air-conditioned bedrooms. Each bedroom has two single beds (can be combined upon request) and its own en suite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
Cottage 2: Here there are two more air conditioned bedrooms, each with two single beds (can be combined upon request) and an en suite bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower.
