Villa Capoliveri

The villa sits on beautiful Costa dei Gabbiani, a wonderful uncontaminated area immerse in the national park of Tuscan Archipelago, on south of the Elba island.
The villa is part of a residence complex equipped with several services such s tennis courts, horse riding, diving centres, beaches, restaurants and mini market. The beaches of Costa dei Gabbiani are directly connected and the to the complex through private roads which maintained in good conditions.

Outdoor: The villa beautifully finished and has private pool and has been recently restored, but keeping its original typical Tuscan features. The patio has beautiful arches covered with bougainvilleas flowers and opened towards the court with pine trees and cypresses, is furnished with table and chairs, ideal for outside dining. Barbacue facilities are also at disposal.
A 15 square meters ( 3 x 5) working from April through October is also part of the property can be reached directly from the portico through a walk path. The pool area is furnished with chairs and sun umbrellas.

Indoor: The villa develops 2 floors and has sea front entrance with access area though which you will reach the dining room, the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, double fridge, the living room with Satellite TV and DVD player, and the laundry room with washing machine. One bedroom with bunk beds and a shower bath complete the floor.
From the access area, a staircase leads to night area, located on the first floor which comprises 3 double bedrooms, two of them have lovely terrace overlooking the sea, 3 twin bedrooms and 4 shower baths.

Included in the weekly rental there is thee electricity, gas for kitchen use, water, final cleaning, weekly linen, pool and park maintenance, golf cart, excursions in the estate, animation (from 11/6 to 8/9), mini club, amusement park, minibus for the beaches.
