Dated 16th century, the country style residence is owned by one the oldest noble and prominent Italian families. Restored for today’s most discerning traveler, all modern amenities are available to ensure complete comfort. The villa is in driving distance from the main cities such as Florence, Siena and San Gimignano 1 hours and 30 minutes; Pisa and the it’s airport 1 hour; Lucca and Rome about two hours drive.

The villa features a sizeable immaculate garden with swimming pool, sun beds, umbrellas and sheltered table for outdoor lunches. Guests also have access to the beach through the owner’s private path that connect the villa the coast.
The beach has for guest at Villa Carducci 2 , one reserved bathing hut with tables, chairs, shower and changing cabins.

The villa develops on three levels, the ground floor has entrance hall, dining room with table sitting up to 24 and fireplace, large library room with fireplace TV with satellite DVD Internet access, drawing room, one double bedroom with en suite shower room, one staff bedrooms, one separate fully equipped large kitchen with breakfast area, fireplace, dishwasher two refrigerators and freezer.
One laundry room with washing machine room plus utility room complete the floor. A flight of steps leads to the first floor that comprises three double bedrooms with en suite baths, one twin bedroom with separate bathroom.

Further up the second floor with its tower where there is the children’s twin bedded room with shower en suite bath. Due to limited transportation in outlying and rural areas, a rental car is essential for stays at countryside villas in Italy. We are more than happy to arrange a car for you during your stay.
